Things We Have Done
PROVIDING FUNDS FOR PEDIATRIC CANCER RESEARCH
Our primary benefactor is Dr. Mitchell Cairo, Chief, Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation at The Maria Fareri Children's Hospital at New York Medical College. Since the inception of PLF we have donated over $250,000 to help fund a cure.
The Children's Hospital at Montefiore will implement these virtual reality headsets in 20 pediatric patient rooms thanks to a grant given by The Paul Luisi Foundation.
Fully loaded video game carts were donated to area hospitals and clinics.
12 remote controlled cars are being used to transport children to the operating room at various local hospitals.
